No artery is blocked, so there is no clock to run.

Bundle branch blocks have textbook width. In RBBB the axis printed is read from the first 60 ms, before the late RV forces. LBBB can only half show the loss of septal q waves: the normal tracing has one in V6 but none in lead I. LAFB takes the axis to about −46°; LPFB turns it right, but only to about +70°, where textbooks say +100°.

Dominance

Right-dominant: the RCA gives the posterior descending artery. Left-dominant: the circumflex does, and the RCA is small.
